Happy last full day of camp!
We started off waffles and peanut butter again! During cabin cleanup, campers began packing up in preparation to leave tomorrow.
During morning classes, campers got tested in boating and swimming and learned if they passed. In arts and crafts, everyone finished up their projects and in sports, campers had the opportunity to participate in the trust fall.
Dinner today was a camp favorite, Shepard’s pie and dessert was sherbert. After dinner, everyone was excited to get their last candy of the session.
Many campers were able to swim in a new area during general swim after passing swimming earlier in the day. Everyone enjoyed the refreshing swim before going to fourth period. During activity period, campers jumped off the tower (some for the first time after passing into level 4 today!), took out boats, went fishing and watched a staff vs. LT basketball game!
Supper was meatball grinders and cake was dessert. Instead of evening program tonight, we had our traditional campfire. Campers enjoyed s’mores, sang songs and received their awards for swimming, boating, cabin cleanup and track meet. We ended the night by singing Linger and facing the lake one last time this session for goodnight songs.
This amazing session flew by and we’re sad it’s already over!
